Testimonials: Weekly Trash Pick-up

Just got to speak to one of your collectors tonight in front of my house. His name was Tom and he told me you were in the truck riding with him. I think when I approached him, he might have thought I was gonna make a complaint. I wanted to thank him personally for giving great service. He told me that you were in the truck, but I did not want to bother you at work, being the owner on the road with your workers!! I never would have thought, plus Tom even apologized for running a little late. I am used to my old company being late and just picking my refuse up later in the week or not at all; just letting it sit in front of my house all week. Additionally, I have never had a refuse company make it a personal mission to make sure my lid and can is always placed back in my own yard!! My family and I are used to running clear to the end of the block and retrieving them.
I just wanted to drop an email to let you know that you and your company are great!! My wife said she had called several weeks ago to ask a question about our weekly pickup and talked directly to you. She was actually talking to the owner of the company and not an answering machine or a secratery who just acts like they care. Keep up the good work and trust me, we have been handing out the business cards that were given to us by you in our first shipment of garbage bags.
